Chobham Manor – Queen Elizabeth Park – Taylor Wimpey | L and Q – Phase 1b

We are pleased to be continuing our work with Taylor Wimpey and L & Q. Taylor Wimpey are the largest, British based, house-building company and they are a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index. L & Q manage over 70,000 homes in London and have a turnover of just under £1 billion.

We are now on the 2nd year and 3rd consecutive phase of the prestigious Olympic Park Regeneration project – Chobham Manor phase 1b Phase 3 and 4 will offer more than 400 new 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes and Murray Tiling will be managing all the tiling of these properties.

London – Rifle Street – Bellway Homes

We are pleased to announce we are once again working with Bellway Plc, one of the major UK residential property developers. Based in Newcastle upon Tyne they are listed on the London Stock Exchange and are a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.

We were awarded a big development of 295 properties all based in Lansbury Square, a residential and contemporary part of East London. It consists of a collection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

Eclipse – Blackhorse Lane – Taylor Wimpey

We are again working with Taylor Wimpey (we have been working with them for 5 years) who are one of the largest British based house building companies. They are also a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index.

We are in the process of phase 1 blocks Q, R and S which will make up the big development of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. This development is in Walthamstow which is a highly sought after part of London.

Taylor Wimpey’s first ECO/CARBON NEUTRAL – ASPEXT

We are pleased to announce we have won the ‘ASPEXT’ project in Hackney Wick by Taylor Wimpey. Just a stone’s throw away from Olympic park.

This is Taylor Wimpey’s first ‘Eco/Carbon neutral’ project which needs to be to the highest quality of finish and exemplary health and safety standards which MTL always attains to.

Barrett London - Upton Gardens

We are working on a really exciting project in east London for Barratt Homes. This is for a redevelopment in Upton Gardens which is a new community of 842 homes.

This is just one of a few major projects we are currently working on at the moment. Even in these challenging times MTL are still able to keep to the program whilst delivering the highest quality of works.

Olympic Park – Chobham Manor - Regeneration - Taylor Wimpey and L & Q

In 2015 we won a Flagship job for Taylor Wimpey and L & Q for the regeneration of the Olympic Park – Chobham Manor.

It’s now coming up to 2021 and we are extremely delighted and very proud to announce we have been commissioned for another phase which we have already started on.

Clarendon Rd - London N8 - project for St William

We are incredibly pleased to announce that we have won the Clarendon Rd – London N8 – project for St William who are a part of the Berkeley Group.

Clarendon Rd N8 is a new ‘city village’, consisting of 1,714 units of 1,2 & 3 bedroom apartments with high quality interior styles and finishes designed for modern living.

Huntley Wharf project for Berkeley Group in Reading.

Murray tiling is delighted and immensely proud to have won the Huntley Wharf project for Berkeley Group in Reading. The project is for 765 units consisting of high-end apartments and duplexes.

We are looking forward to an ongoing and strengthening relationship with Berkeley Group.

Taylor Wimpey - Harlow, Essex

Once again, we are immensely proud to be announcing that we have won another project with Taylor Wimpey. The development is in Harlow, Essex and consists of 1-2 Bed apartments and 3 bed houses.

We are very honoured that we have continuously worked with Taylor Wimpey for over 8 years and we look forward too many more years working with this property giant.

Regeneration of Barking Riverside - Bellway - L & Q

We are thrilled to announce we have just secured a contract working for Bellway London Partnerships and L & Q (London & Quandrant) as part of the large regeneration of Barking Riverside. This is another major regeneration project that we have been commissioned on in London. The job at Barking Riverside will be a part of a large 10,800 unit regeneration for that area. Our contract will consist of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom luxury apartments and housing.

Joseph Homes - N0 1 Millbrook Park

We are excited to announce that we have now started to work with an exciting developer; Joseph Homes for the first time. The new development is called No1 Millbrook Park in NW7. This fantastic new boutique project comprises 116 – 1 & 2 Bedroom contemporary apartments with 33 – 4 bedroom townhouses.

St. Modwen Homes - South Ockendon

We are really pleased to announce we will be working with St. Modwen Homes for the first time. We are back for the 3rd site in South Ockendon now (each site being adjacent to each other), The New St Modwen project, South Ockendon is for 250 units and tiling has commenced at Bennett’s Fields.
